We have two plans available. One is a traditional distributor relationship, and the other is an Exclusive Licensing Agreement, which would require more of a commitment on your part, and with greater earnings potential.  After we both agree on our mutual desire to establish a relationship and the scope of the opportunity, we can discuss further the structure of our relationship.  

Our objectives would be as follows:

1. Establish a relationship with a company that will represent Ecosafe Products well and maintain our reputation.
2. Establish a structure that will allow our strategic partner to be successful and to prosper.
3. Commit to providing our full technical and marketing support and resources to our strategic partner.
4. Establish a long-term mutually profitable and beneficial relationship with a quality and ethical partner.

Here is specific information on the licensing structure vs. distributorship

1. A Licensee receives an Exclusive Territory and Target Market.  We will agree on an Exclusive Territory (geographic area) and  Target Market  such as sales directly to consumer or industrial markets, either by internet, direct sales networks, or retail stores.  
2. A Licensee receives special pricing on all Ecosafe products, based on anticipated volume, which we will establish together.  Your guaranteed Volume Pricing Schedule will be included in the Licensing Agreement.  
3. A Licensee pays an initial licensing fee to Ecosafe Products, which is a one-time fee. Your Licensing Fee would be determined by the size of the Exclusive Territory and Target Market (typically from $5,000 to $50,000), and would be for a term of five years, with an option to renew and right of first refusal for an additional five years.

A Distributor would not receive an exclusive territory, and would receive discounts from list pr prices based on volume purchasing.

Mechanics of the program
You will announce and promote the fundraiser through your network: website, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Press Releases, email blasts, local activities, etc.

• The public will be directed to Ecosafe Products website, where they will order whatever products and quantities they decide, and pay through our shopping cart. (We accept Paypal, Visa, and Mastercard)
• They will include a KEYWORD that you will select in their order in the "comments" section.
• We will maintain a running account, depositing 25% of every order (not including S&H or sales tax).
• We will transfer funds into your account weekly and provide a complete ledger with detailed backup of the source of the sales and donations (Of course, we will honor any benefactor requests to remain anonymous).
• You can monitor and audit the donations at any time.
• We suggest that you set up a TIPJOY account on Twitter with a goal thermometer to generate more interest and participation.
• Ecosafe Products will handle all the logistics of filling orders, handling shipping-- all fulfillment activities.

Your responsibilities are simply to promote the fundraiser and generate traffic to Ecosafe Products website.  You do not have to deal with inventory, billing, collections, shipping:  none of that!
